摘 要:利用CFPS数据对人力资本投资、劳动力迁移与代际收入流动性的相关关系进行探讨,通过logistics模型和逐步回归分析发现教育在迁移决策中起到了重要推动作用并且迁移可以大幅度提高代际收入流动性。进一步分析发现,无论是对于迁移人群还是未迁移人群,人力资本投资都是提高代际收入流动性的有效方式。因此,要促进代际收入流动性提高,防止阶层固化,必须合理分配教育资源,完善社会保障制度,并且对落后地区加强职业培训及就业指导,降低高等教育的门槛,促进劳动力的迁移。The paper discusses the correlations among human capital investment,labor migra-tion and intergenerational income mobility by using CFPS data. By using the logistic model and re- gression analysis, the authors find that education plays an important promoting role in making mi- gration decision, and the migration can greatly improve the intergenerational income mobility. Fur- ther analysis shows that human capital investment is the effective way to improve the intergenera- tional income mobility both for the migrants and the non - migrants. Therefore, In order to im- prove the intergenerational income mobility and prevent the class curing, education resources should be allocated reasonably, social security system should be perfected, vocational training and employment guidance should be strengthened in backward areas, and the threshold of higher edu- cation should be lowered to promote labor migration.
