银屑病患者小剂量甲氨蝶呤不良反应11例报告及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨甲氨蝶呤治疗银屑病的不良反应及护理体会。方法回顾11例经小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗而发生不良反应的银屑病患者的临床特点、护理措施。结果皮肤粘膜损害最多见,骨髓抑制较常见。经过综合治疗和积极护理,全部不良反应均被控制。结论小剂量甲氨蝶呤也会发生严重不良反应,临床应高度重视。Objective To explore the adverse effects of methotrexate on psoriasis and nursing experience . Methods The clinical characteristics of 11 patients with adverse reactions caused by low dose of methotrex‐ate and the nursing measures were reviewed .Results The most common skin lesions were mucosal lesions , and bone marrow inhibition was also quite common .After comprehensive treatment and active nursing care ,all the adverse reactions were controlled .Conclusion Low‐dose of methotrexate can also cause serious adverse reactions ,w hich should be paid much attention to .
