高良姜与生姜组合物的抗肿瘤止呕作用

摘　　要：目的研究生姜与高良姜的天然药物组合物在用于制备减少癌症放、化疗引起的呕吐副作用并对治疗癌症起增效作用的药物中的用途。方法用经典的水貂呕吐模型观察组合物的止吐作用;在小鼠肿瘤模型上探索了组合物的抑制肿瘤作用。结果证明该双姜组合物对于顺铂所致水貂的呕吐反应有对抗作用(P<0.01);并证明该组合物对于小鼠体内S180肉瘤、艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)也有抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论双姜组合物有抗肿瘤作用并减少抗癌药顺铂引起的呕吐作用。Objective ： To study the detoxification and synergistic effect of zingiber and galangala composite in radiother- apy and chemotherapy. Methods ： The classic mink vomiting model was used to observe the antiemetic effect of the composi- tion. And the mice tumor model was used to observe the antitumor effect of the composition. Results： The results showed that the volatility of OPA was lower than glutaraldehyde, and the health impact was also less than glutaraldehyde. Conclusion： The composition can reduce vomiting side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cancer, and have synergistic effect in the treatment of tumor.
