超声诊断胎盘植入96例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在胎盘植入(placenta implantation,PIA)中的诊治价值。方法对96例临床证实为PIA的二维声像图及彩色多普勒超声检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 96例PIA患者产前超声提示PIA 32例,产后超声提示PIA 48例,漏诊12例,误诊4例,诊断符合率为83.3%。结论超声作为一种无创伤、无禁忌、无痛苦、可多次复查的检查手段,在产前产后检查胎盘有无植入具有重要应用价值,为临床处理提供可靠依据。Objective： To study the value of diagnosis of ultrasound in the placenta implantation （PIA） and treatment. Methods： The two-dimensional uhrasonography and color doppler ultrasound examination data of 96 cases of clinically con- firmed for PIA were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： In 96 cases, there were 32 cases of prenatal ultrasound tip PIA pa- tients, 48 cases of postpartum ultrasonic tip PIA patients, 12 cases were not diagnosed and 4 cases were misdiagnosed, and diagnostic coincidence rate was 83.3%. Conclusion： Ultrasound, which is a non-invasive, has no contraindication orpain and may be used for review many times, has the important value in diagnosis of implanted placenta for the prenatal and postpartum inspection, and provides a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
