摘　　要：由于药物使用知识的复杂性,导致在临床仍然存在较多不合理用药现象,给社会带来巨大的影响。本文基于临床用药的智能化推理技术,由专业资质的临床药师建立用药知识体系,采用智能化分析引擎,实时提供临床用药合理性分析和人工评价,对不合理的临床用药提出警示,从而保证临床用药的合理性。Because of the complexity of knowledge in using drags, there are still a lot of irrational drug using in clinical practice, which has a huge impact on society. The paper establish medication knowledge system by the professional qualifications of clinical pharmacists based on intelligent reasoning technology, By using intelligent analysis engine and providing real-time analysis of the rational clinical medication and artificial evaluation, which give warning of irrational clinical medication in order to ensure the rationality of the clinical medication.
