摘　　要：社区作为当代中国城市社会管理的基层单位,成为不同学科学者讨论的焦点。从社会主义新传统的视角观察中国社会,为重建社会团结提供了"传统"的借力。整体性的社会革命和改造给现代中国留下了丰富的精神遗产、关系网络遗产和传统文化遗产。在体制外调动"传统"所内生的适应性策略,是社会整合和社区治理的有效途径之一。The community,as a basic unit of urban social management in contemporary China,has become the scholars＇ focus.Understanding China from the perspective of socialist neo-traditionprovides It provides ＂ traditional＂ leveraging for the reconstruction of social solidarity.The overallsocial revolution and transformation left behind rich spiritual heritage,relationship network heritage and traditional cultural heritage.Transferthe endogenous adaptive strategy from ＂tradition＂ in outside systemis one of the effective ways to integrate social and community development.
