摘　　要：外墙渗漏水一直是影响建筑质量和安全的突出问题,要想从根本上消除渗漏水的影响,必须从设计和施工过程入手,采用可控的设计方案,利用成熟的施工技术,严格工序管理和质量控制,打造过程精品,彻底消除外墙渗漏的疑难问题,真正满足人们对建筑功能的需求。Exterior wall leakage has been the outstanding problems affecting construction quality and safety, in order to fundamentally eliminate the influence of seepage and must start from the design and construction process, the design scheme of adopting controllable, using mature construction technology, strict management and quality control process, make process products, eliminate exterior wall leakage problems, truly meet the needs of people of architectural fimction.
