摘  要:围绕深圳地铁3号线某段连续梁顶升施工,介绍了顶升系统的工作原理、施工过程以及桥梁顶升时相应的监测情况。通过有限元模型,对其顶升过程中的梁体变形和应力分布特征进行模拟,得到了理论上的控制阈值,保证分级顶升的安全性和控制标准,对梁体顶升过程的位移、应力多种指标进行综合监测。顶升施工监测结果表明,理论分析结果与实测结果相吻合,顶升施工过程中梁体应力、位移偏差均在允许范围内,顶升结束后落梁平稳安全。该工程的成功实施对类似工程有较高的参考价值。Based on the jacking-up construction of a section of continuous beam in Shenzhen metro line 3, the working principle of jacking-up system,the process of construction and monitoring are introduced. By the finite element model, the deformation and stress distribution of the beam in the process of the jacking-up construction are simulated, and get the theoretical value of control threshold which ensure security of the jacking-up and control the standards, carrying on the comprehensive monitoring of the deformation and stress of the jacking-up process. The monitoring results show that the theoretical analysis results are coincide with the measured results. The stress and displacement deviation of the beam body are within the allowable range, and the roof and the beam are stable and safe. The successful implementation of the project has a high reference value for similar project.
