摘　　要：开放式创新社区是一种基于互联网的创新平台,作为一种新型的创新模式,开放式创新社区已引起企业界与学术界的广泛关注和高度重视。在创新引领发展的现实环境下,为了提高开放式创新社区管理水平,使企业有效利用外部创新资源,提升创新绩效。从综合管理视角出发,将平衡计分卡工具引入到开放式创新社区管理中。同时,考虑到平衡计分卡的动态不足性,结合系统动力学方法,对开放式创新社区建立动态的平衡计分卡分析模型。通过模型分析,认为开放式创新社区运行过程中的关键管理要素为社区成员数量、创意提交与实现数量以及创新收益,并针对关键管理要素,提出管理建议,以实现企业对开放式创新社区的高效管理。Open innovation community is an innovation platform based on Internet. As a new innovation mode, Open innova- tion community has aroused widespread attention in the business community and academic community. Creation leads to de- velopment in the realities. In order to improve the management level of the open innovation community, the external innovation resource utilization and the innovation performance ,the balanced scorecard is introduced to the pen innovation community management based on the comprehensive management perspective. Considering the dynamic problem of the balanced scorecard and combining the system dynamics, the analytical model of the dynamic balanced scorecard is established in this paper. Community member number, idea submission number, idea realization number, and innovation benefits are determined to be critical management factors during the open innovation community operation by analyzing the model. Suggestions are made to achieve efficient management for the open innovation community based on these critical management factors.
