对外直接投资对我国生产性服务业TFP提升的机理与实证研究

摘　　要：为了揭示对外直接投资(OFDI)与生产性服务业全要素生产率(TFP)之间的关系,文章理论上分析了对外直接投资(OFDI)提升生产性服务业全要素生产率(TFP)的作用机制,并运用我国2005—2013年6个生产性服务业的行业面板数据进行了实证检验,结果显示,OFDI对我国生产性服务业全要素生产率、技术进步率均具有显著的正向促进效应,而对技术效率、纯技术效率变化、规模效率变化均没有统计上显著的影响,且这种作用存在滞后期。基于此,文章提出了要加强服务企业"软技术"方面建设,注重利用外资和对外直接投资并重的政策建议。The paper explored the mechanisms of OFDI in producer services for promoting their TFPs, then quantitatively an- alyzed the impact of OFDI in producer services on their TFPs by using the panel data of 6 producer service industries from 2004 to 2013. The finding is that OFDI in producer service significantly pushes up their TFPs and technical progress, but there aren＇t significantly influences on their technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale technical efficiency. Basing on these, the paper provided some relative suggestions in policy making.
