摘　　要：经济开发区新能源微电网光伏电站建设项目经济评价研究旨在为建设光伏电站投资决策和项目核准提供依据。在比较分析经济开发区光伏电站和生物质发电建设项目经济评价特点的基础上,参考国家发展改革委员会和建设部联合发布的《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》第三版的规定计算,运用财务评价的运算方法,分析给出光伏电站建设项目经济性评价的内容、步骤、参数和方法。在此基础上,采用"A"经济开发区数据,在此基础上对"A"经济开发区新能源微电网光伏电站进行经济性评价分析计算,结果表明"A"经济开发区光伏电站建设项目在技术、经济方面是可行的。Research on economic evaluation of micro grid photovohaic power station construction project in economic development zone provides a basis for the approval of new energy photovoltaie power plant＇ s construction project. Based on comparative analysis of the characteristics of the economic evaluation of photovoltaic power plants and biomass power generation construction project in economic development zone ,taking Economic Parameters And Construction Project Evaluation（ third version） issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Construction and its provisions of the calculation as reference, using calculation methods of financial evaluation, the paper provided the construction of photovoltaic power plant project content, steps, parameters and methods. By analyzing the ＂A＂ Economic Development Zone data, and on the basis of analyzing the economic evaluation of new energy micro grid photovoltaic power station in the ＂A＂ Economic Development Zone,the results show that the ＂A＂ photovohaic power plant construction projects in the economic development zone is feasible, technical and economial.
