摘  要:选取了13个常用定量的期刊评价指标,并增加了一个"历史影响因子"。利用主成分分析将指标进行系统分类再基于期刊评价指标建立结构方程模型来探讨这些指标之间存在的结构关系,发现影响因子、他引影响因子、5年影响影子、即年指标、平均引文数、web即年下载率、历史影响因子之间存在结构关系,综合总被引、可被引文献量、引用期刊数、被引期刊数、总下载量之间存在结构关系,可被引文献比、基金论文比存在结构关系,然而平均引文数,可被引文献比的可信度偏低,可以适当考虑减轻其在期刊评价中所赋予的权重。同时验证了历史影响因子作为期刊评价指标的重要性,另外发现影响因子和5年影响因子具有高度相似性,由于两者都为流量指标,所以建议期刊评价指标选取时两者选其一即可。This paper mainly selects 13 commonly journal evaluation indexes, and adds a "historical influence factor".Firstly, the paper uses the principal component analysis to classify the index system, and establishes the evaluation index ofjournals based on the structural equation model to explore the relationship between the indicators of the structure. Throughthe analysis, we find these factors have the structural relationship between the influence factors, impact factor, 5 yearimpact factor, immediacy index, the average number of citations, web download rate that year, historical impact factor, andbetween integrated total cited, can be cited as the number of citations, citation journals, cited the number of journals andthe total amount of downloads, and between can be cited by the citation ratio and fund paper ratio. However, the credibilityof the average number of citations and can be cited are low, which can be properly considered to reduce the weight given bythe journal evaluation. The paper verifies the importance of historical influence factors as the index of periodical evaluation.In addition, we find the influence factor and the 5 year influence factor are highly similar, because they are the flowindexes, so we proposal select one of these indicators as a journal evaluation index.
