摘　　要：新型城镇化和信息化协调发展是我国全面推进社会主义事业、提高人们生活质量的关键,是"十三五"规划中新的发展目标。本文以新型城镇化与信息化发展为研究对象,通过分析当前新型城镇化与信息化协调发展中的障碍与制约因素,提出了二者之间协调发展机理与实现路径,旨在帮助区域经济又好又快的发展,提高人们的生活质量,全面推进以人为核心的新型城镇化建设。The coordinated development of New Urbanization and informatization is the key to advance our socialism com-prehensively, to improve the quality of life of the people and the new goal of development of＂13th Five- Year Plan＂. By an-alyzing the relationship between them, the status quo and deviation problems, this paper researches on the new urbanizationand informatization and proposes the strategic choice and implementation path of that in the new economic era, in order tohelp the development of regional economy, improve people＇s quality of life and promote comprehensively the constructionof new urbanization with human core.
