麻杏石甘汤加减方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者白细胞介素水平的影响

摘　　要：①目的观察麻杏石甘汤加减方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-23、IL-8水平的影响。②方法患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组常规治疗的基础上,应用麻杏石甘汤加减方,均观察1个月。在治疗前、后取外周血和痰液,检测IL-17、IL-23、IL-8水平。③结果两组治疗后血清和痰液中IL-17、IL-23、IL-8水平与治疗前比较均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④结论麻杏石甘汤加减方可以通过降低IL-17、IL-23、IL-8水平,改善COPD的临床症状。Objective To observe effects of the ma xing shi gan decoction on the interleukin of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods A total of 160 patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 80 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were received basic treatment for 4 weeks.In additional to the basic treatment,the patients in the treatment group were received the ma xing shi gan decoction treat-ment for 4 weeks.To observe the IL-17,IL-23,IL-8 in peripheral blood and sputum.Results Compared before and after treatment,there was obvious improvement on the IL-17,IL-23,IL-8 in Peripheral blood and sputum for the two groups （P〈0.05）.IL-17,IL-23,IL-8 in Peripheral blood and sputum in the treatment group were signiicantly superior to those in the control group after treatment（P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion Ma xing shi gan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with COPD by reducing IL-17,IL-23,IL-8 in peripheral blood and sputum.
