摘　　要：目的观察不停泵密闭式双向回血法在患者血液透析结束时的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2015年11月—12月在我院血液净化中心行规律血液透析的患者50例作为研究对象。采用自身前后对照的方法,2015年11月2日—29日采用密闭式双向回血法进行血液透析,2015年11月30日—12月27日采用不停泵密闭式双向回血法进行血液透析,2种方法均使用12次。比较2种方法的回血时间、回输生理盐水量及残余液红细胞计数。结果使用2种方法时的回血时间、回输生理盐水量及残余液红细胞计数比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论不停泵密闭式双向回血法能缩短回血时间,降低回输生理盐水量,全程密闭,不接触空气,降低感染机会,减少血液透析引起的失血。Objective To observe the application effect of non-stop pump closed two-way blood re-infusion in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 44 maintenance hemodialysis patients were recruited in the self con- trolled study. From November 2 to 29,2015,patients received ＂closed two-way blood re-infusion＂,and from Novem- ber 30 to December 27,2015,the same patients received ＂non-stop pump closed two-way blood re-infusion＂,12 times for each treatment. Blood return time,quantity of saline used and the residual red blood cell count of each method were compared. Results There were significant differences between two methods in blood return time, quantity of saline used and the residual red blood cell count（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Non-stop pump closed two-way blood re-infusion can reduce blood return time while not increase the quantity of saline used,reduce the possibility of infection due to no exposure to air,and reduce the quantity of blood lost.
