芒硝腹部热敷袋在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的检测自行设计制作的芒硝腹部热敷袋在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取某院肝胆胰外科诊疗中心2014年9月至2016年3月收治的70例重症急性胰腺炎患者为实验组;2013年1月至2014年8月收治的68例重症急性胰腺炎患者为对照组,两组在常规治疗、护理的基础上,实验组应用自行设计制作的芒硝腹部热敷袋腹部热敷,对照组采用传统方法芒硝腹部热敷。评价两组对芒硝腹部热敷治疗的依从性、舒适度和满意度并记录芒硝腹部热敷的持续时间。结果实验组完全依从49例、部分依从19例、不依从2例、依从率97.14%(68/70例);对照组完全依从14例、部分依从30例、不依从24例、依从率64.71%(44/68例);实验组患者渗湿被服9例、皮肤受刺激2例、活动受限6例,对照组患者渗湿被服63例、皮肤受刺激12例、活动受限45例;实验组和对照组的满意度评分分别为(4.1±0.4)分和(2.9±0.7)分,芒硝腹部热敷的持续时间分别为(5.4±0.7)h和(3.5±0.7)h。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者采用芒硝腹部热敷袋进行腹部热敷,操作简单,热敷持续时间长,患者舒适,依从性高。Objective To observe the effects of self-designed abdominal hot compression bag filled with mirabilite on patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods One hundrad and thirty-eight severe acute pancreatitis patients admitted to our hepatobiliary pancreatic center were divided into the observation group（70 cases） and the control group （68 cases） based on the admitted consequence. Besides the traditional treatment and nursing measures,the observation group received mirabilite abdominal hot compression bag applied on the abdomen with the sustained temperature,while the control group received the traditional mirabilite compression applied on the ab- domen. The patients＇ compliance,comfortable degree and duration time of the mirabilite abdominal hot compression were investigated. Results Patients with complete compliance,partial compliance and no compliance of the obser- vation group were 49,19 and 2 cases,respectively,while the control group were 14,30,24 cases respectively. The cases of patients with the quilt contaminated,skin irritation and activities limited were 9,2 and 6 in observed group respectively,while the corresponding results were 63,12 and 45 in control group respectively. The degrees of satis- faction were （4.1±0.4） in observation group and （2.9±0.7） in control group. The duration of hot compression was （5.4±0.7） h in observation group and（3.5±0.7）h in control group. Conclusion The abdominal hot compression bag filled with mirabilite is easy to operate and can prolong the duration of hot compression,as well as improve patients＇ degree of comfort and compliance.
