摘　　要：目的 汉化重症监护室记忆评估工具（ Intensive Care Unit Memory Tool ， ICUMT ）并检验 ICU 记忆量表的信度和效度。 方法 遵循 Brislin 双人翻译与回译原则，采用专家咨询法进行文化调适，形成中文版 ICUMT 。 在 143 例 ICU患者调查中评价 ICU 记忆量表的信效度。 结果 中文版 ICUMT 共有 14 个问题， 其中 5 个为开放式问题， 9 个为封闭式问题。 ICU 记忆量表分为 3 个维度（事实记忆、情感记忆、妄想性记忆），共包含 21 项记忆内容。 量表 3 个维度总的Cronbach蒺s α 系数为 0.801 ，其中事实记忆、情感记忆、妄想性记忆的 Cronbach蒺s α 系数分别为 0.762 、 0.711 、 0.619 ，重测信度分别为 1.000 、 0.688 、 0.762 。中文版 ICUMT 全部条目的平均内容效度（ S鄄CVI/Ave ）为 0.946 ，各条目的内容效度指数（ I鄄CVI ）为 0.667～1.000 。中文版 ICU 记忆量表探索性因子分析得到 7 个公因子，累计方差贡献率为 63.63 % 。结论 中文版 ICUMT 适合中国文化背景下对患者 ICU 记忆的评估。Objective To translate the English version of Intensive Care Unit Memory Tool （ICUMT） into Chi- nese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ICUMT. Methods The ICUMT was translat- ed into Chinese following the translation-retranslation procedure and cuhurally adapted according to Chinese set- tings. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ICUMT were tested in 143 ICU patients. Results The Chinese version of ICUMT consisted of 14 items,including five open questions and nine closed questions. ICUMT contained three dimensions,which were factual memories,emotional memories and delusional memories,respectively, including 21 contents totally. The Cronbach＇s o~ coefficient for the overall scale was 0.801,and 0.619~0.762 for the three dimensions.The test-retest reliability of three dimensions were 0.688~1.000. The content validity index of items ranged from 0.667 to 1.000,and the average index was 0.946 for the total. Seven factors were extracted us- ing exploratory factor analysis,which explained 63.63% of the total variance. Conclusion The Chinese version of ICUMT has acceptable reliability and validity. It can be used to assess the memory of the intensive care experi- ence for ICU patients in China.
