水蛭栓剂治疗精液不液化的临床疗效随访观察

摘　　要：目的探讨水蛭栓剂治疗精液不液化的长期预后,以期寻找一种有效的治疗精液不液化的方法。方法140例精液不液化的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各70例。治疗组给予水蛭栓剂直肠给药,早晚各1次;对照组给予α-糜蛋白酶5mg肌注,qd,随访观察患者1年后复发情况及配偶受孕情况。结果经过观察发现实验组有效率为82.85%,明显高于对照组(60.00%),P<0.01。治疗后实验组精子液化时间(39.33±12.63)min明显低于对照组[(56.33±15.34)min],而精子活力明显高于对照组,差异均有显著的统计学意义(56.64±19.45%vs43.46±15.56%,P<0.01)。6个月和12个月随访时发现实验组复发率(24.29%vs 37.14%,32.86%vs 52.85%)明显低于对照组,且配偶妊娠率第12个月明显高于对照组(27.14%vs 12.86%),(P均<0.05)。结论水蛭栓剂临床治疗效果明显,并且能提高配偶妊娠率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Leeches suppositories on nonliquefaction semen, and find out an effective treatment for semen liquefaction. Methods Total of 140 patients with nonliquefaction semen were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 70 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given leech rectal suppositories, sooner or later, the patients in the control group were intramuscularly injected with a -chymotrypsin 5mg, times 1/day. After 1-year follow-up, patients relapse and pregnancy situation of their spouses were observed. Results There was a significant difference in the rate of efficiency between the experimental group and the control group （82.85% vs 60.00%, P〈0.01）, after treatment, sperm activation time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while sperm motility was significantly stronger than that of the control group, there was a significant difference （56.64±19.45% VS 43.46%±15.56%, P〈0.01）, 6 months 12 months recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the spouse exchange rate at 12 months was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant （24.29% VS 37.14%; 32.86% VS 52.85%; 27.14% VS 12.86%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of leech suppository on nonliquefaction semen is obvious. Leech suppositorycan increases the probability of pregnancy spouse, and is worthy of promotion.
