摘 要:通过中试考察了混合液回流比和污泥回流比对A-A^2/O工艺生物脱氮除磷效果的影响。结果表明,不同的混合液回流比对氨氮、总磷的去除率影响不大,但总氮去除率变化明显,随着回流比的提高,TN去除率逐渐增加,但当回流比提高到300%后总氮去除率则出现降低,因此从控制运行能耗和权衡脱氮效果的角度讲,200%的混合液回流比是比较合适的。污泥回流比对氨氮、总磷的去除率影响不大,但40%为临界值,低于该回流比后系统生物量会明显降低,进而使得去除率显著下降;污泥回流比对去除总氮影响明显,随着回流比的降低,总氮去除率也不断降低,因此建议将污泥回流比控制在50%。The influence of different mixed liquor return ratios and sludge return ratios on biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the A-A^2/O process was investigated in pilot-scale experiments. The results indicated that the removal rates of NH3^ - N and TP varied slightly, but the removal rate of TN varied considerably at different mixed liquor return ratios. The removal rate of TN was gradually increased with the increase of mixed liquor return ratio, but when the mixed liquor return ratio was increased to 300%, the removal rate of TN was reduced. So the ratio of 200% was considered to be appropriate when energy consumption and nitrogen removal efficiency were taken into account. The different sludge return ratios insignificantly affected the removal of NH3 -N and TP, but the reflux ratio of 40% was the critical point, below which the biomass in the system would significantly reduce, and the removal rate would decrease remarkably. Different sludge return ratios significantly affected the removal of TN, and the removal rate of TN was decreased with the decrease of sludge reflux ratio, so it was recommended to control the sludge reflux ratio at 50%.
