摘 要:为了研究PVC复合膜对高浊度微污染长江原水的处理效能,并考察不同清洗方式在高浊期对膜污染的控制效果,对LJ水厂的混凝—超滤短流程工艺进行了深入调研,并在不同浊度期进行了相关试验。结果表明,在高浊期,混凝—超滤短流程工艺对浊度的去除率>99%,出水平均浊度<0.1 NTU,对COD_(Mn)、氨氮、亚硝酸盐的平均去除率分别为37.2%、56.5%、22.4%;膜系统出水水质稳定,处理效果安全可靠,生物安全性好;浸入式超滤膜采用低通量、低跨膜压差运行时,物理清洗可有效延缓膜污染,化学清洗可有效控制膜污染,膜系统接近于零污染运行。In order to research the efficiency of PVC-composited ultrafihration membrane for treating high-turbidity and micro-polluted Yangtze River raw water and the effects of different cleaning meth- ods on membrane fouling during high turbidity period, the coagulation/ultrafiltration process in LJ water-works was investigated, and the related experiments were performed during different periods. The results showed that during high turbidity period, the removal rate of turbidity was over 99%, with an average membrane permeate turbidity of less than 0.1 NTU. The average removal rates of CODMn, ammonia nitro- gen and nitrite were 37.2% , 56.5% and 22.4%, respectively. The system had stable effluent quality, safe and reliable treatment effect and good bio-safety. When the submerged uhrafihration membrane was operated with low flux and low transmembrane pressure, the physical cleaning could effectively delay membrane fouling and chemical cleaning could effectively control membrane fouling, with zero pollution.
