摘 要:针对河道直立式硬质护岸普遍存在的环境问题,以预制多孔混凝土板为生态改造的基质,对6种不同孔隙率、骨料粒径及水灰比的多孔混凝土进行了抗压强度与静态水质净化试验;采用河道模拟装置测定了预制板在水体流动状态下对水质的改善效果。试验结果表明,当设计孔隙率为30%、骨料粒径为10~20mm、水灰比为0.30时,多孔混凝土的抗压强度和水质净化效果较好。预制多孔混凝土板对水中污染物具有良好的持续性去除效果,在秋季当水力停留时间为6d时,对河水中CODMn、NH3-N、TN和TP的去除率分别可达到49.5%、82.6%、47.4%和39.1%。Prefabricated porous concrete plate was used to reconstruct the conventional vertical hard revetment. Six kinds of porous concrete with different porosity, aggregate sizes and water/cement ra- tios were prepared to investigate the compressive strength and water purification properties. A river simulator device was used to determine the water purification capacity of the porous concrete plate under flowing condition. The results showed that the compressive strength and water purification ability of porous concrete were good when the porosity, aggregate size and water/cement ratio were 30%, 10 to 20 mm and 0.30, respectively. Under the hydraulic retention time of 6 d, the removal rates of CODMn, NH3 -N, TN and TP were 49.5%, 82.6%, 47.4% and 39.1%, respectively. The results revealed that prefabricated porous concrete plate was efficient for river water purification.
