摘 要:设计了一套城市污泥深井曝气中试系统,研究了该系统对城市污泥中VSS的去除效果以及温度、pH值等指标的变化规律,探讨相关运行条件对VSS去除率及系统内升温的影响。结果表明,深井曝气中试系统运行到第18天时,一级反应区温度能达到50.2℃,温度越高则VSS去除率也越高;曝气量不能过高或过低,对于VSS含量为38.5g/L的污泥,曝气量取1.5—1.8L/(h·L污泥)为宜,VSS去除率可达到40.1%;微氧环境有利于VSS的降解,在消化过程中反应器内ORP最低为-256mV;反应器中不仅有好氧菌,还存在厌氧菌和兼性菌。A pilot-scale deep well aeration system was designed to study the removal effect of vola- tile suspended solids (VSS) from the sludge obtained from municipal wastewater treatment plant and the variation of the system indicators, such as temperature and pH. The effects of related operating conditions on the removal of VSS and temperature to obtain optimum operating conditions were investigated. The resuits showed that the temperature in the first order reaction zone could reach 50.2 ℃ on the 18th day. The higher the temperature was, the higher the VSS removal rate could be. The aeration rate could not be too high or too low. The aeration rate should be around 1.5 to 1.8 L/( h· L sludge) for the sludge with VSS concentration of 38.5 g/L, and the removal rate of VSS could reach 40.1%. The oxygen-limited environment was conducive to the degradation of VSS, and the lowest ORP value of the reactor was - 256 mV during the digestive process. Not only aerobic bacteria existed in reactor, but also anaerobic bacteria and facuhative bacteria existed.
