城市融合条件的公租房社区建设

摘　　要：我国各大城市的公租房建设已初具规模,并形成了相应的社区。但公租房的大规模建设及其配套设施的相对滞后,造成了公租房社区居民居住空间和社会地位的双重边缘化。公租房社区能否很好地融入城市社会是影响社会安定和谐以及公租房可持续发展的核心问题之一。基于问卷调查的数据,本文用因子分析法对公租房社区与城市社会的融合度进行分析,将城市融合分为经济融合、社会融合、文化融合、情感融合及个人特征五个维度,再用回归方法确定影响融合度的关键因素,针对性地为公租房的可持续发展提供有价值的参考。The public housing in cities in our country has begun to take a huge shape, have formed communities. Both of the public housing residents＇ social living space and status are marginalized, for the lagging construction of facilities. Weather the public rental housing communities can be integrated well into the urban society is important for the cities sustainable development. Basing on the questionnaire surveying, the article introduces a study of the integrating degree of the public rental housing by factor analysis approaches, in order to give some advice to the decision makers.
