摘  要:目的建立水果中五氯硝基苯(PCNB)的QuEChERS-毛细管气相色谱测定法。方法样品采用QuECHERS进行预处理,选用正己烷提取,乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)净化,以RTX-5毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果本法在0.02-0.3 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 6,方法加标回收率为86.3%-105.4%,相对标准偏差小于4.15%,检出限为0.002mg/kg。结论本法样品前处理简单快速、检出限低、重现性好,可用于水果中五氯硝基苯的测定。Objective To establish a method for determining pentachloronitrobenzene in fruits by QuEChERS coupled with gas chromatography. Methods Samples were pretreated by QuECHERS,then extracted with hexane, purified with PSA,separated on Rtx -5 capillary column and detected with electron capture detector. The external standard curve was used for quantification. Results The method had a correlation coefficent of 0. 9996 in the range of 0.02 - 0.3 mg/kg, and its recoveries rate was between 86.3% and 105.4 % with RSD less than 4. 15 %. The detection limit of the method was 0. 002 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple and fast with low LOD and good reproducibility, it is suitable for determination of pentacbloronitrobenzene in fruits.
