臭氧液治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察臭氧液治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法确诊为宫颈HPV单一亚型感染的75例患者,按照编号随机分为治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组,治疗Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组给予臭氧液冲洗阴道及宫颈外口,疗程不同。对照组不使用任何药物,分别于治疗后3、6个月后复查3组HPV亚型检测。结果治疗3个月后,治疗Ⅰ组HPV转阴率为69.23%,对照组的自然消退率41.66%,二者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。6个月后,治疗Ⅰ组HPV转阴率为88.46%,对照组HPV转阴率为57.14%,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗Ⅰ组与治疗Ⅱ组HPV转阴率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论臭氧液冲洗阴道及宫颈外口,能以氧化作用直接破坏高危型HPV-DNA物质进而灭活,达到清除HPV病毒的作用,HPV转阴效果明显,可以在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ozone liquid in treatment of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus （HPV） infection. Methods Seventy-five patients diagnosed as single cervical HPV subtype infection were randomly divided into treatment Ⅰ group, treatment Ⅱ group, and control group. The patients in treatment Ⅰ group and treatment Ⅱ group were treated by vagina and ex- ternal cervical orifice washing by ozone liquid, the courses of treatment were different. The patients in control group were not treated by any drug. The subtypes of HPV in the three groups were reexamined after treatment. Results After three months, the negative conversion rate of HPV in treatment Ⅰgroup was 69. 23% , the spontaneous regression rate in control group was 41.66% , there was no statistically signifi- cant difference between the two groups （P〉0. 05 ） . After six months, the negative conversion rates of HPV in treatment I group and con- trol group were 88.46% and 57. 14% , respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05） , there was no statistically significant difference between treatment I group and treatment ]I group （ P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion Washing vagina and external cervical orifice by ozone liquid can directly destroy HPV DNA and clear HPV through oxidation, the negative converaion effect of HPV is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
