摘 要:目的探讨咽拭子快速培养在肺炎支原体感染诊断中的临床应用价值。方法将呼吸道感染及疑似肺炎支原体感染的220例住院患儿分为A组和B组,各110例。A组为起病<7 d,B组为起病≥7 d,两组均做肺炎支原体咽拭子培养、肺炎支原体MP-IgM检测,比较两种方法的阳性率。结果 A组(病程<7 d)支原体咽拭子培养的阳性率(27.3%)明显高于支原体MP-IgM检测阳性率(12.7%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组支原体咽拭子培养的阳性率(30.9%)与支原体MP-IgM检测阳性率(29.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咽拭子快速培养对肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断有一定价值,且方法简单、无创伤,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of throat swab rapid culture in diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of respiratory tract or suspected pneumonia mycoplasma infected hospitalized children were chosen and divided into group A and group B, with 110 cases in each group. Children in group A were onset for 〈7 d, while children in group B were onset for〉7 d. Throat swab rapid culture and mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM (MP-IgM) detection were carried out both of the two groups, and the positive rate were compared. Results The positive rate of Group A by throat swab rapid culture was 27.3%, which was higher than that of MP-IgM detection (12.7%), the difference between the two methods were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The positive rate of Group B by throat swab rapid culture and MP-IgM detection were 30.9% and 29.1% respectively, the difference between the two methods were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Rapid culture of throat swab is effective for early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, this method is simple and non invasive, so it is worth of further research and application.
