瑞舒伐他汀钙片与蒲参胶囊降脂疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探究瑞舒伐他汀钙片与蒲参胶囊治疗高脂血症的效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的210例高脂血症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为A、B、C组,经3个疗程治疗后,比较三组患者相关指标的改善情况及临床疗效。结果经过3个疗程治疗后,三组临床症状及TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C指标均有不同程度的改善,A、B组的改善程度明显低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率为78.57%,B组总有效率为75.71%,C组总有效率为92.86%,C组的治疗总有效率显著高于A、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高脂血症临床治疗中采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片与蒲参胶囊联合治疗,降血脂效果更为显著,具有良好的安全性和稳定性,对于缓解患者病情、减轻高血脂症负担、提高临床治疗效果、减少并发症的发生具有重要作用,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets and Pushen capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Two hundred and ten cases of hyperlipidemia patients were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, the patients were divided into three groups （A, B, C group） according to the methods of treatment. The improvement of related indicators and clinical curative effect were compared in the three groups after three courses of treatment. Results After 3 courses of treatment, clinical symptoms and TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C indexes of A, B, C three groups have different degrees of improvement, and the improvement degree of the A, B group was significantly lower than that of the C group （P〈0.05）; the total efficiency of A group was 78.57%, and B group＇s total effective was 75.71%, the total effective rate of C group was 92.86%, and the total efficiency of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium and Pushen capsules in the clinical treatment of hypedipidemia have significant effect, and they can alleviate the patients and reduce the burden of hyperlipidemia, improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce complications, which is worth of promotion and application in clinical,
