摘　　要：目的探讨影响微生物检验结果的主要因素及质量控制策略。方法回顾性分析我院实验室2015年1月至2016年1月随机收集的2007份微生物检验报告。结果影响微生物检验结果的因素主要有人员因素、操作不规范、标本因素以及其他因素。结论微生物检验过程中,应针对影响检验结果的因素,制定并实施相应的质量控制策略,确保检验结果的准确性。Objective To explore the main factors affecting the results of microbial test and quality control strategy for the result. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2007 randomly collected samples from our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 was performed in this study. Results The factors of affecting the results of microbiological examination mainly included personnel factors, unstandardized operation, the specimen factors and other factors. Conclusion In the process of microbiological examination, the quality control strategies should be formulated and implemented according to the factors of affecting the results of the inspection, so as to ensure the accuracy of the results.
