摘 要:橡胶助剂在使用过程中易发生迁移、挥发,造成喷霜,从而带来环境污染,这是传统橡胶助剂长期存在的普遍问题。通过在纳米二氧化硅(Nano-SiO_2)、埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)、石墨等载体表面负载传统小分子助剂可有效改善传统助剂所存在的问题,同时赋予橡胶基体优异的综合性能。笔者综述了近年来负载型橡胶助剂的相关报道,并展望了其今后的研究方向。The rubber additives were easy to migrate and bloom during the using process,resulting in environmental pollution,which was the common problem for the traditional rubber additives.When traditional rubber additives were chemically grafted to the surface of nano-SiO2,HNTs and GO nanoparticles to obtain supported rubber additives,which not only solved the problems of traditional small molecule additives,but also gave the excellent comprehensive performance of rubber.The relevant reports of supported rubber additives were reviewed.The main development direction of multifunctional supported rubber additives in the future were also prospected.
