摘 要:采用溶液开环聚合法合成了聚二氯膦腈,随后采用三氟乙氧基和八氟戊氧基混合亲核取代,并引入少量可交联基团,制得了三氟乙氧基、八氟戊氧基、乙氧基/含不饱和双键氧基混合取代聚膦腈弹性体,该弹性体可用过氧化物进行交联。利用红外光谱、核磁(31P-NMR和1 H-NMR)对其结构进行了表征,并对其热稳定性和阻燃性能进行了分析,交联后的弹性体热稳定性提高,两种聚合物的氧指数分别达到37.0和39.5,垂直燃烧均可达到UL-94的V-0级别,具有良好的阻燃性能。动态热机械分析和静态接触角测试显示两者在交联前后均具有较好的低温弹性和疏水性。Two kinds of poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene)crosslinkable via dicumyl peroxide were obtained by the substitution reaction between poly(dichlorophosphazene)and sodium 2,2,2-trifluoroethoxide,sodium 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentoxide,and either of sodium ethoxide and sodium salt of alcohol or phenol with unsaturated groups.While the poly(dichlorophosphazene)was synthesized by solution polymerization of hexachlorocyclophosphazene.The molecular structure of these poly(fluorophosphazene)were characterized by 31 P and 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The thermal stabilities and flame retardant properties of polymers were studied.Thermal stability of these polymer increased after crosslinked.Limited oxygen index of these polymers reached 37.0and 39.5respectively and both of these polymers reached V-0level by UL-94 vertical burning test,presenting excellent flame retardance.Dynamic mechanical analysis and static contact angle of these polymers,before and after crosslinking were analyzed.The result indicated that these polymers had brilliant low-temperature elasticity and good hydrophobicity.
