目标管理在普外科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察目标管理手段在普外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：随机抽取山西医科大学第二医院2014年6月～2015年12月普外科患者200例,随机分成对照组和观察组各100例,对照组实施普通护理模式,观察组实施目标管理模式,对比两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度和护理差错发生率。结果：观察组的护理质量得分、护理满意度明显高于对照组,且护理差错的发生率远远小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：目标管理手段的应用可以提高普外科护理工作效率、质量以及患者对护理服务的满意度,降低护理差错发生率,值得在临床科室的护理工作中推广应用。Objective： To explore the application effect of target management in nursing management in department of general surgery. Methods： 200 patients from June 2014 to December 2015 who were hospitalized in general surgery were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,100 examples each. The patients in control group were given ordinary nursing and those in observation group received target management. The patients ＇ nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and nursing errors were compared and the application results of target management were evaluated in two groups of patients. Results： The scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the incidence of nursing errors was far less than that of control group. There were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The target management can significantly not only improve the nursing work efficiency,quality and nursing satisfaction in general surgical department,but reduce the incidence of nursing error. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical nursing work.
