复方榴莲皮软膏对特应性皮炎患者皮肤屏障功能修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方榴莲皮软膏对特应性皮炎患者皮肤屏障功能修复的影响。方法:将120例符合要求的特应性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予外用复方榴莲皮软膏,对照组予外用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏,并于治疗第0周、第2周、第4周比较两组SCORAD评分、VAS评分、角质层含水量、PH值、TEWL等指标。结果:治疗4周后治疗组患者SCORAD评分、VAS明显下降,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);皮损处角质层含水量明显高于对照组,PH值、TEWL值下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方榴莲皮软膏治疗特应性皮炎疗效确切,可有效改善皮肤屏障功能,远期疗效好,且无不良反应。Objective： to observe the effect of Compound Durian Skin Ointment on repairing skin barrier in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods： 120 patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group treated with Compound Durian Skin Ointment while control group with 0. 1% Mometasone Furoate Cream. On the zeroth week,second week,and fourth week,SCORAD score,VAS score,the stratum corneum water content,p H value,TEWL and other indicators were compared.Results： 4 weeks after treatment,SCORAD score and VAS score of treatment group decreased significantly,and there was significant difference compared to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the stratum corneum water content was higher than that of control group,PH value and TEWL decreased significantly with superior effect to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Durian Skin Ointment can treat atopic dermatitis with curative effect,and can effectively improve skin barrier function with good long-term effect,and no adverse reaction.
