摘　　要：本文通过对酒钢CSP流程生产的510L进行成分设计和轧制工艺优化,成功生产出了510L黑皮钢。试验分析结果显示：510L氧化铁皮厚度10~15um,氧化铁皮中Fe3O4含量最高可达95.6%。试制的510L黑皮钢钢卷外观良好,表面氧化铁皮致密,力学性能稳定,完全满足普通汽车大梁钢510L的力学性能要求。By optimizing the component and rolling technology of 510L for CSP Process, 510L black steel was produced successfully. Test results showed that the thickness of scale was 10-15urn and content of iron oxide Fe304 was up to 95.6%. 510L black steel coil for trial pro- duction appeared good surface and stable mechanical properties, fully meet the requirements of mechanical properties of ordinary automobile beam steel 510L.
