摘　　要：我国男子铁饼项目的竞技地位不高,整体实力不强,系统的研究我国男子铁饼项目显得尤为重要和必要。运用文献资料法从主观因素和客观环境两个方面查找原因,并给出对策,即:解放固有思想,借鉴女队经验;加强项目管理,整合优势资源;加大科研投入,重视训练方法创新;注重文化教育,加强后备人才建设。The competitive status of men＇s discus in China is not satisfactory,the overall ability is weak. As a result,systematic research on Chinese men＇s discus is particularly important and necessary. Based on the current situation,this study,via literature review,analyzes the reasons caused by both subjective factors and objective circumstances. Meanwhile, it offers the following countermeasures： liberating our minds and absorbing experiences of women＇s discus; improving projects management and integrating advanced resources; increasing research investment and innovating the training methods; emphasizing knowledge acquirement and enhancing talented athletes training.
