摘 要:当前,随着社会的不断发展,用人单位在选择人才的时候也开始越来越重视对其职业能力的考查,CBE教学模式便是一种以培养学生能力为主,帮助学生获得某一职业能力的教学模式,近些年来也开始广泛应用于高校各学科的教学当中。本文便首先对CBE教学模式的内涵与特征进行了详细介绍;然后就CBE教学模式下网球运动训练策略的选择进行了详细分析,在CBE教学理念的指导之下,网球教练员应该有效应用一些具有趣味性、体验式,能够增强运动员学习训练的主动性的学习训练策略,以提高运动员的综合素质能力。At present,with the continuous development of society,the employers begin to pay more attention to the occupation ability test in the selection of talents. CBE is a kind of teaching mode based on training students ability,helping students to get a certain occupation ability. In recent years,it has been widely used in the teaching of various subjects in universities. In this paper,first of all,the connotation and characteristics of the CBE teaching model are introduced in detail; then,the selection of the tennis training strategy in CBE teaching mode is analyzed in detail. Under the guidance of CBE teaching concept,tennis coaches should be effective in the use of a number of learning strategies which should be interesting,experiential,and helpful in enhancing athletes training learning initiative,in order to improve the overall quality of the athletes.
