某油田聚合物驱油项目作业人员职业健康监护早期指标的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析某油田聚合物驱油项目作业人员血清中免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、丙三醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量检测结果,为制定接触作业人员职业健康监护早期指标提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽取的方法选择119名注聚工人作为实验组,同时选择41名作为正常对照组,采用免疫比浊法及化学比色法检测血清中IgE、IgM、MDA、GSH-Px、SOD的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,注聚工人血清中IgE、MDA和SOD含量均明显升高,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清中IgE、MDA、SOD含量与对照组相比有显著性统计学差异,可作为该项目作业工人健康监护早期指标。Objective： To analyze the levels of IgE, IgM, MDA, GSH - Px and SOD in serum of workers in polymer oil displacement project, so as to provide scientific basis for the Prevention Countermeasures. Method： Immunoturbidimetric assay methods and the chemical colorimetric method were used to detect the level of IgE, lgM, MDA, GSH - Px and SOD in 119 experimental groups and 41 controls group workers that were selected by cluster. Results： The level of IgE .MDA, and SOD in serum of workers in experi- mental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was also significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the level of IgE, MDA and SOD in serum could serve as the early indicator of the workers＇health supervision in this project.
