天津于家堡交通枢纽真空排水系统设计研究

摘　　要：于家堡交通枢纽是集城际铁路、地铁、出租车、社会车于一体的大型地下综合交通枢纽,建筑规模大,设计结构复杂,各类管线密集交错。分析了影响卫生间污水排放方案的主要难点,阐述了重力排水系统、真空排水系统应用于本工程的优缺点,认为真空排水系统更适用于本工程。并介绍了真空排水系统的计算方法、设备选型、管道布置、控制方式,以及设计施工过程中要注意的问题。Yujiabao transportation hub is an underground complicated transportation integration of inter-city trains,subways,taxis and social cars.It has features of large building capacity,complicated construction and complicated pipe system.This paper analyzed the difficulties in toilet drainage scheme and illustrated the advantages and disadvantages in gravity drainage system,and vacuum drainage system applied in this project.It was concluded that vacuum drainage system would be more applicable for this project.In addition,this paper also introduced the calculation method,equipment selection,pipe layout,control mode of vaccum drainage system,as well as problems for attention in the process of design and construction.
