摘　　要：首先分析了配送式运输服务存在的问题,然后在探讨服务采购、军队服务采购、军事运输服务采购以及配送式军事运输服务采购基本概念的基础上,从我国物流运输业发展现状、我国公路运输能力与资源现状和第三方物流运输服务商市场三个方面对配送式军事运输服务采购市场潜力进行了调查分析,最后选取我国十大综合运输服务商,提出了军事运输服务供应商资质与技术能力评估指标体系,基于AHP方法将各个定性指标的权重、权重系数定量化,对十大综合运输服务商的资质与技术能力进行了评估,并得出了结论。In this paper,we first analyzed the problems existing in the distribution-type transportation services,and then based on a review of the basic concepts of service purchasing,army service purchasing,military transportation service purchasing and distribution-type military transportation purchasing,investigated the market potential in the purchase of the distribution-type military transportation services from three aspects.Next,with the top ten comprehensive transportation service providers in China as the subjects,we proposed the evaluation index system of the qualification and technical competence of the military transportation service suppliers which quantified the weight and weight coefficient of the qualitative indexes using AHP,and at the end,in view of the evaluation result,presented our conclusion on this topic.
