城市公园引领社区复兴:以美国达拉斯市克莱德·沃伦公园为例

摘　　要：在城市复兴的浪潮之下,城市公园等开放空间越来越成为现代高密度城市空间中市民生活的重要场所。本文分析了美国达拉斯市克莱德·沃伦公园的建设背景和动因,以及其通过巧妙选址和弹性设计引领城市社区的复兴,特别是在经济、公共健康、社区发展和公众教育等方面的积极意义和综合价值的提升。借鉴美国经验,我国城市公园的建设和更新可着眼于公园与城市的协同、健康和可持续发展,结合弹性设计,在公园中拓展更多、更丰富的、实现城市多种综合价值的公共空间。Under the Urban Renaissance tide the urban open space such as urban parks have become vital places for urban citizen in modern high density urban spaces. In this paper the construction background of Klyde Warren Park in Dallas has been analyzed as case study to illustrate the flexible design and smart site choosing in leading of the Community Renaissance. In particular the discussion focuses on the positive meaning and comprehensive vatue lift up on economy, public health caring, community development and public education factors.
