摘　　要：通过梳理大连近代工业发展历史及分布演化,从宏观角度分析大连工业遗产的分布特征,指出铁路与港口关系对大连工业遗产分布的决定性作用,探讨殖民历史对大连近代工业结构、布局和城市空间产生的影响,为下一步进行工业遗产分类、价值评估等工作打下基础。By sorting out the development history and distribution evolution of modern industry in Dalian, the authors analysis the layout characteristics of Dalian Industrial Heritage from a macro perspective, point out that the relationship between the railway and the port plays a decisive role in the distribution of industrial heritage in Dalian, and discuss the influence of colonial history on the industrial structure, layout and urban space of modern industry in Dalian, to lay the foundation for the next step in the classification of industrial heritage, value assessment and so on.
