摘　　要：作为知识经济的重要载体,数字图书馆是国家信息基础设施重要组成部分,目前已成为评价一个国家信息能力水平的重要标志之一。因此,建设数字图书馆更加具有前瞻性和战略意义。As the important carrier of knowledge economy, digital library is an important part of national information infrastructure, and has become one of the important symbols in evaluating the information ability of a country. Therefore, the construction of digital library has a strategic significance.
