摘  要:目的探讨军卫一号工程抗菌药物使用强度的通用计算方法,为抗菌药物管理提供科学量化手段。方法根据抗菌药物使用强度的定义及上级要求,分析军卫一号工程数据结构,选取可用的数据表,构建抗菌药物专用字典,并给出相应的SQL语句;结合药事管理委员等综合监管和干预措施。结果此算法和SQL语句基于军卫一号工程主要数据结构,对军卫工程各医院具用一定的参考和借鉴意义。并配合医院合理用药监管,促使抗菌药物使用强度和使用率均明显下降。结论抗菌药物使用强度通用算法配合医院综合监管措施,促进了临床抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective To explore the application of antimicrobial agents in No. 1 Military Medical Project hospital with general calcula- tion methods of antibacterial drug use density (AUD), to provide scientific quantitative method for antibacterial drug manage- ment. Methods According to the definition of AUD and higher requirements, the engineering data structure of No. 1 Military Medical Project were analyzed, the available data tables were selected, the antimicrobial agents' special dictionaries were built, and the corre- sponding SQL statements were given. The results were combined with the comprehensive regulation and intervention measures by the pharmaceutical affairs management committee. Results The algorithm and SQL statements that based on the engineering main data structures of No. 1 Military Medical Project gave certain reference to hospitals with No. 1 Military Medical Project. With reasonable use of the medicine regulation and cooperation with the hospital, AUI) and utilization rate of antimicrobial drug were significantly low- ered. Conclusion Generic algorithm with hospital comprehensive regulatory measures for the AUD of antimicrobial drug can promote the clinical rational drug use.
