摘 要:针对生产和生活中对大容量、集中供应热水的需求,设计了一套基于PLC的集中热水供应控制系统。通过对液位进行多点检测,实现液位上下限控制,以满足持续供水需求;对温度进行连续检测,采用PID算法实现较高精度的温度控制。同时提出多温度传感器不同位置检测温度,根据多点温度差启动搅匀电机消除区域温差。采用HMI设备对系统状态进行监控,能够实时改变和监视温度、液位数据。采用成比例缩小模型对本方案进行验证,最终能够实现持续热水供应并达到较高温控精度。In view of the demand for large capacity and centralized hot water supply in the production and life, a centralized hot water supply control system based on a PLC is designed. Through multi-point liquid level detection, the liquid level bound control can be achieved to meet the continuing demand for water supply; continuous temperature detection is carried out. The PID algorithm is used to realize high precision temperature control. Also multi- temperature sensor temperature at different locations is proposed, to eliminate regional temperature difference according to multi-point temperature difference between the starting motor and stir. HMI device is used to monitor the system device status, which can change and monitor the temperature, liquid level data in real time. A scaled-down model is used to verify the program, and ultimately it can achieve continuous supply of hot water and reach a higher temperature accuracy.
