心理咨询对实施辅助生殖技术不孕症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及妊娠率的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究心理咨询治疗对实施辅助生殖技术的不孕症患者的影响。方法选择50例实施辅助生殖技术并接受心理咨询治疗的不孕症患者作为观察组，再选择同期50例接受辅助生殖治疗的患者作为对照组。两组均接受常规治疗和护理方案，同时，观察组在治疗期间由专业心理咨询师给予疏导和帮助。选用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）及抑郁自评量表（ SDS）评估两组患者焦虑及抑郁情绪，并统计生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率。结果观察组焦虑及抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组生化妊娠率为72％，临床妊娠率为66％，分别高于对照组的54％和34％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论在实施辅助生殖技术不孕症患者的临床护理中介入心理咨询治疗有利于缓解其焦虑及抑郁情绪，对于提高临床妊娠率有确切效果和积极意义。Objective To investigate the effects of psychological consultation on infertility patients with assisted reproductive technology .Methods Totals of 50 infertility patients with the treatment of assisted reproductive technology were recruited and received psychological consultation as observation group, another 50 infertility patients treated with assisted reproductive technology during the corresponding time period were collected as control group . Both groups received routine treatment and care regimens.Meanwhile, the patients in observation group were given guidance and assistance from professional counselors during the treatment .The anxiety and depression of patients from two groups were evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and the biochemical and clinical pregnancy rate were measured as well .Results The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were both lower than those of control group greatly;The biochemical and clinical pregnancy rate were 72%and 66% in observation group , which were higher than 54% and 34% of that respectively in control group significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The psychological counseling intervention during clinical nursing on infertility patients with assisted reproductive technology is beneficial for relieving the anxiety and depression of patients, and can improve clinical gestation rate effectively .
