摘　　要：目的：构建普通病房护理人力资源配置决策支持系统。方法以某三级甲等医院信息系统数据为基础，运用相关信息技术构建数据仓库、模型库以及人机交互接口。结果本研究完成了普通病房护理人力资源配置决策支持系统的功能设计与系统实现。结论护理人力资源配置决策支持系统有助于护理管理者结合实际护理工作负荷情况，选择最优护理人力调配方案，进行科学决策。Objective To construct a decision support system of nursing human resources allocation in general wards .Methods Based on data of hospital information system in one tertiary hospital , data warehouse , model database and human computer interaction were constructed by some information technology .Results This study completed the function design and system implementation of the nursing human resources allocation decision support system .Conclusions The system would help nursing managers choose the optimal nursing manpower allocation scheme and make scientific decisions in combination with actual nursing workload .
