摘　　要：研究目的:探索土地多功能性评价方法,为区域土地持续利用提供支撑。研究方法:全排列多边形综合图示法。研究结果:(1)1995—2015年唐山土地利用总功能快速提高,功能之间协调性呈减弱趋势,土地利用功能日趋多元化,重心由生活功能转变为生态功能;(2)土地生产和生活功能经历了快速提高阶段,由低度持续转变为中高度和中度持续,生态功能由缓慢退化跃入快速提升阶段,由低度持续转变为中度持续;(3)农业生产、就业支撑和生态调节功能先退化后快速提升,资源供给功能持续降低,经济发展、交通保障、社会保障等功能均呈现快速提高趋势。研究结论:全排列多边形综合图示法可为区域土地利用多功能评价提供参考和方法借鉴。The purpose of this paper is to explore the method used to assess multi-functionality of land use so as to support regional land sustainable use. In this research, we designed an identification system of multi-functional land use according to ecological, living and industrial factors, and then evaluated the state of Tangshan’s multi-function land use in 1995, 2005 and 2015 by the Entire-array-polygon indictor method. Results shows that： 1）The overall function of Tangshan’s land use had dynamically changed from 0.176 to 0.215 and 0.435. The dynamic degree of the total overall function was 21.79% during 1995-2005 and was 100.00% during 2005-2015, suggesting that the overall function of land use had been rapidly improved to the middle sustainable level. The standard deviations of single function turned down first and then decreased, sub-function decreased gradually, indicating that the cohesion of multifunction was promoted progressively. With the decrease of the dynamic dominance, the land use of Tangshan changed from single function to multi-function. The function changed most were living function during 1995-2005 and ecological function during 2005-2015. It meant that the focus of land use changed from living to ecology. 2）The sustainability of the production and living functions were promoted from the low level to the mid-high level and the middle level. Meanwhile, the trend of ecological function transformed from the slow degradation into the rapid increase while the level promoted from the continuously low into the continuously middle level. 3）Factors changed in different ways. Agricultural production, employment support and ecological regulation were in a rapid growth after the first stage of degradation. Resource supply function continued to decline. Economic development, transportation security, social security, residential homes, culture and leisure as well as ecological maintenance kept rapid increase.
