摘 要:声光可调谐滤波器(acousto-optic tunable filter,AOTF)作为一种同时具有成像、光谱测量和偏振测量功能的新型光电传感器,近些年得到国内外广泛的关注。针对目前声光滤波器设计中忽略二氧化碲旋光性导致声光滤波器性能和光谱测量精度下降问题,理论分析了考虑旋光的反常声光互作用过程;并深入分析推导了此情况下衍射光的波长与声频、入射角度的关系。通过理论矫正得到波长变化与频率的关系;并通过实验得到与实际测量值的误差,校正后的误差减小4倍。通过数值拟合得到频率与波长的更准确的匹配关系,在实际应用中可以带来一定的方便;同时在考虑了频率与入射光极角的协同作用下,分析了波长的频率选择性和波长的角度选择性,这为高性能声光滤波器设计制作提供了理论和实验基础。Acousto-optic tunable filter(AOTF) as the new photoelectric sensor,has been attracted widespread attentions on recent years,which has imaging,spectroscopy and polarization measurement functions.As the performance and spectral measurements accuracy reduced of AOTF,considering the optical rotation and abnormal acousto-optic interaction and analyzing relationship among wavelength of the diffracted light,audio and angle of incidence,which leaded by ignore of tellurium dioxide optically active.By correcting the relation of wavelength and frequency,error correction of measurement and experimental values reduced 4 times.A more accurate matching relationship between frequency and wavelength is obtained by numerical fitting which can bring some convenience.In the cooperative consideration of frequency and polar angle of incident light,analyze frequency and angle selectivity of wavelength,which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the design and fabrication of high performance optical and optical filters.
