摘 要:采用环氧砂浆作为粘结剂,40Cr钢为锚具,开展了CFRP筋在酸碱盐腐蚀环境中粘结性试验研究。研究结果表明:CFRP筋在酸碱盐溶液浸泡过程中,其外观尺寸无变化。有拔出破坏、端部夹断破坏、筋拉断破坏三种类型的破坏形态,通过分析不同锚固长度CFRP筋的破坏形态得到了试验条件下CFRP筋的基本锚固长度。对未受到腐蚀等七种情况的粘结-滑移数据进行了整理,提出了CFRP筋与环氧砂浆粘结-滑移本构模型并与现有三种粘结-滑移本构模型进行了对比。通过对比各粘结-滑移曲线可知:在相同外力作用下,腐蚀时间越长,CFRP筋的滑移越大。To carry out the bond behavior of the CFRP rods in the environment of acid alkali and salt corrosion,it uses epoxy mortar for adhesive and 40 Cr steel for anchorage device.The test results show out: there is no change in the measure of CFRP rods when soaked in the acid alkali and salt solution.It was found that pull out failure,the end clamp and tendons snap damage occurs in the process.Through the analysis of the failure mode of different anchorage length in CFRP rods,the basic anchorage length of CFRP rods was got based on the experiment condition.Through settling seven kinds of situation of the cohere and slippage data when not affected by corrosion,bring forward CFRP rods epoxy mortar bond-slip constitutive model,in addition,the 3 kinds of existing bond-slip constitutive models were compared.Based on comparison of the bond-slip it was found that: under the same force,the longer the corrosion time,the greater the slippage.
