某院嗜血杆菌临床分布与药敏特征

摘　　要：目的探讨我院嗜血杆菌临床分布特点与药敏情况，为，临床诊断与治疗提供依据。方法选取我院2014—2015年全院细菌培养患者为对象，分析嗜血杆菌属培养阳性的患者年龄、性别，标本类型、临床科室分布和季节性特点，且对菌株药敏情况进行统计分析。结果流感嗜血杆菌除2月、4月份未能检出，其他月份均有分布；副流感嗜血杆菌全年均可检出，以3～5月分布最多；在105株嗜血杆菌属中，以副流感嗜血杆菌最多，其次为流感嗜血杆菌、b型流感嗜血杆菌，副溶血嗜血杆菌，未检测到其他嗜血杆菌；临床科室以内科为主，呼吸内科最多；年龄分布以老年患者最多，但也同时存在于儿童患者中（包括婴儿）；除复方新诺明耐药率较高外，其他抗生素均保持较高敏感性。结论我院分离的嗜血杆菌属流行具有一定季节性，科室分布以内科为主，抗生素敏感性仍较好。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and antibiotic susceptibility results of haemophilus i- solated from Yuebei People＇ s Hospital. Methods Haemophiuls strains were collected fi＇om the infected patients in the hos- pital from 2014 -2015. The patients＇ age, gender, clinical departments and seasons of collection were analyzed. The antibi- otics susceptibility profiles were also determined. Results Haemophilus influenza strains were detected in most months but not in February and April. Haemophilus parainfluenzae were detected in every month, but more in March and April. The most detected strains were haemophilus parainfluenzae, followed by haemophilus influenzae, haemophilus influenzae （type b） and haemophilus parahaemolytieus among the 105 strains of haemophilus, and the other haemophilus species were not detec- ted. Most strained were isolated from the departments of internal medicine, especially from the department of respiratory med- icine. Among the senior patients, the haemophiuls infection rate was the highest, but the infection was also found in children （including infants）. Except co -trimoxazole, the strains showed sensitivity to the tested antibitics. Conclusion Haemophi- lus in our hospital vary with the seasons and it is mainly epidemic in the departments of Internal Medicine. The strains are sensitive to antibiotics.
