摘　　要：随着国家加大对医疗卫生事业的投入和卫生改革的不断深化,县级公立医院得到了较好的发展,但是,人员编制少已影响到其改革与发展。笔者通过剖析县级公立医院人员编制存在的弊端,提出合理确定其人员编制的建议。With the more and more investment in medical and health undertakings and the deepening retorm ol health, county- level public hospitals have a better development, however, the establishment of hospital stall fall short, which affects its reform and development. In this paper, the author puts forward reasonable suggestions to determine their staffing through the analysis of disadvantages of county - level public hospital staffing.
